I began my career as an educator, drawn by a deep curiosity about how children learn and grow. Working in a variety of educational settings, I saw firsthand the unique ways young people explore, discover, and make sense of their world. Each experience left its mark on me, but over time, I realized I wanted to support not just children, but their families as well. This led me to counseling-a space where I could walk alongside young people and their caregivers in a more personal and meaningful way.
Along the way, I discovered the developmental science of attachment parenting, which revealed how deeply early relationships shape resilience, growth, and emotional well-being. At the same time, my own life experiences and relationships were teaching me lessons no textbook could: the profound importance of feeling seen, the healing power of connection, and the value of consciously bringing families together.
.

Through these experiences, I’ve come to understand how vital it is to feel that you matter and to experience attunement with those around you. This understanding guides my work-I help families nurture authentic, supportive connections, because I know firsthand how life-changing it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
